Jerry & Co. Home Improvement LLC ("Jerry & Co.," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at jerryandcohome.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site or submit an estimate request, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

By using the Site or submitting any form, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information you provide directly

When you submit an estimate request, contact form, or newsletter sign-up on the Site, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Project type, property type, and timeline
• Town / service area
• Project description, cabinet count, finish preferences, and building notes

We may also collect partial form data if you begin an estimate request but do not complete the final submission step, provided you have entered a valid phone number or email address. This partial data is used only to follow up on your project inquiry.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address and approximate geographic location (city/region level)
• Browser type, operating system, and device type
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths

• Transactional — a one-time confirmation when you submit an estimate request. These are not marketing emails and are exempt from opt-out requirements.
• Follow-up — if you submitted an estimate request, we may follow up by phone or email regarding your project. You may ask us to stop at any time.
• Newsletter — only if you explicitly opt in via the newsletter sign-up form. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. To unsubscribe, click the link in any newsletter or contact us at jerry@jerryandcohome.com.

7. SMS / text messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in through a form on the Site or another approved channel, Jerry & Co. Home Improvement LLC may send you text messages (SMS). Consent to receive marketing texts is always separate from consent to receive non-marketing (transactional) texts — checking one does not opt you into the other.

• Transactional messages — appointment confirmations, estimate follow-ups, scheduling updates, and other messages tied to a project you've requested
• Marketing messages — occasional promotions, seasonal offers, and service reminders, sent only if you separately opt in to marketing texts

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do use a third-party SMS platform provider to send and receive messages on our behalf — that provider processes message content solely to operate the messaging service, not for its own marketing purposes.

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Jerry & Co.

8. Data retention

We retain estimate request information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for business records. Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 13.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and trusted third-party processors — to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Site.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
