These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at jerryandcohome.com (the "Site"), operated by Jerry & Co. Home Improvement LLC ("Jerry & Co.," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site — including submitting an estimate request, subscribing to our newsletter, or simply browsing — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Jerry & Co. Home Improvement LLC is a Massachusetts-based home improvement contractor licensed under MA Home Improvement Contractor Registration #208336. We specialize in cabinet refinishing, bathroom refresh, and interior painting services for condo owners, homeowners, and property managers across Greater Boston.
All in-unit work is performed by the owner, Jeremiah Ugbine, or under his direct supervision.
The Site is an informational and lead-generation website. It is designed to:
The Site is not a marketplace, booking platform, or binding contract mechanism. Submitting a form does not create a service agreement or guarantee availability.
When you submit an estimate request through the Site:
Program name: Jerry & Co. Project Updates.
Message description: If you provide your phone number and opt in on the Site, we may text you appointment confirmations, estimate follow-ups, and project scheduling updates ("non-marketing" texts). If you separately opt in to marketing texts, we may also send occasional promotions, seasonal offers, and service reminders. Opting into one does not opt you into the other, and phone number is never required to submit an estimate request.
Message frequency: Varies by project status, up to approximately 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
The Jerry & Co. name, logo, and tagline are proprietary to Jerry & Co. Home Improvement LLC. Nothing on the Site grants a license to use our trademarks.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JERRY & CO. HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC, ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jerry & Co. Home Improvement LLC and its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
